The Energy Efficiency Program rebates are available only for qualifying purchases
and/or services.  The availability of the Energy Efficiency Rebate Program is limited and
rebates will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.  When funds have been
depleted, the Energy Efficiency Rebate Program will no longer be available. Members
must submit this form and required documentation to be eligible for rebates.  For

Solar Energy Rebate
Heat Pump Rebate
Members who replace existing
HVAC equipment (in all-electric,
single family homes) are eligible
to receive a $150 rebate
for a 14 SEER high efficiency heat
pump and a $300 rebate for a 15
SEER high efficiency heat pump
(or higher).  The incentive rebates
for this program apply to the
replacement of existing HVAC
equipment.

HVAC Tuneup Rebate
checking and adjusting belt tension, cleaning and lubricating the
indoor blower unit, replacing filters, cleaning inside the "A" coil,
and checking the thermostat, wiring, and other electric parts.  A
copy of the receipt from a qualified contractor stating that the work
above was completed must be provided to NCEC along with a
completed rebate application form.
NCEC Supports interconnected
co-generation with net-metering,
according to the terms of our tariff.  
With our Rebate Program, we now
offer a $1000 rebate on solar
generation systems larger than
1,000 watts installed at totally
electric residential locations.

performed by NCEC on all

Residential members who have a
HVAC tuneup performed by a qualified
service professional on their single-
family all-electric homes are eligible to
receive up to a $100 rebate.  
An annual HVAC tuneup includes:
checking and correcting the unit's        
refrigerant pressure and tubing,
Compact Fluorescent
Lighting Program
Residential members who have
an energy audit performed on
their homes are eligible to
receive up to $50 worth of
compact fluorescent lamps
(CFL's) for their most frequently
used fixtures.

EnergyStar
Home Rebate
Members who build EnergyStar rated homes (that closed
after Jan 1, 2010) are eligible to receive a $500 rebate.  A
copy of the EnergyStar certificate is required to be eligible
for this program.
